Honey Corn Cakes

ni kek kegemaran waid. asal ade jagung je mmg walid suka. ummi buat kek nie pun sbb walid yg request. ammar dan balqis pun suka. tp ammar biasala, klu makan kek tu mesti nak tambah coklat syrup tu. baru habis kek tu dia makan, klu tak..ada je yg dia tak abiskan. kalau balqis plak...tak pernah tak abis . balqis mmg pemakan orgnya. tu yg kena control skit tu. klu tak nti, montel la anak ummi sorang nie.


Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup frozen yellow corn
3/4 cup sweet cream corn

Methods:
1. Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
2. Cream together butter, sugar, honey, eggs, and salt in a large
bowl.
3. Add flour, and baking powder and blend thoroughly.
4. Add corn to mixture and combine by hand until corn is worked in.

Bake
for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins begin to turn brown on top.
